Coverage

MGSC is applied using a 3/16″ x 5/32″ continuous v-notch trowel. The trowel achieves 40 – 45 sq. ft. per gallon. The trowel must be replaced every 500 sq. ft.

PROFLEX® MGSC is a single component moisture curing urethane. Designed for easy trowel on application over concrete. MGSC flows to achieve uniform coverage when applied and cures overnight to form a low tack, elastic membrane. MGSC is environmentally superior to most alternative moisture retardation systems, possessing very low V.O.C and odor.
