Super SIM-90

PROFLEX® Super SIM-90 (SS-90) is a premium 90 mil. peel & stick membrane. SS-90 achieved a 50 IIC, 52 STC on a 6″ concrete slab with no acoustic ceiling.

SSC-70

PROFLEX® SSC-70 is a 70 mil. peel & stick membrane. SSC-70 achieved a 54 IIC, 62 STC on a 8″ concrete slab with a acoustical grid ceiling.

PROFLEX® SIM-90 is a 90 mil. peel & stick membrane. SS-90 achieved a 71 IIC, 66 STC on a 8″ concrete slab with a gypsum drywall ceiling, and a 50 IIC, 57 STC on a 8″ concrete slab with no acoustic ceiling.

MSC-90

PROFLEX® MSC-90 is a 90 mil. peel & stick membrane. MSC-90 achieved a 68 IIC, 72 STC on a 8″ concrete slab with a suspended drywall ceiling.

RCU-200: 1/5" (0.20") Rubber Cork Underlayment

PROFLEX® RCU-200 is an advanced composite sound control underlayment utilizing a combination of natural and engineered products to achieve superior IIC (Impact Insulation Class) and STC (Sound Transmission Class) sound reduction ratings. Achieved a 51 IIC, 57 STC on an 8″ concrete slab with no ceiling assembly.

RCU-250: 1/4" (0.25") Rubber Cork Underlayment

PROFLEX® RCU-250 is an advanced composite sound control underlayment utilizing a combination of natural and engineered products to achieve superior IIC (Impact Insulation Class) and STC (Sound Transmission Class) sound reduction ratings. Achieved a 54 IIC, 56 STC on an 8″ concrete slab with no ceiling assembly.

RCU-400: Advanced Composite Sound Control Underlayment

PROFLEX® RCU-400 is an advanced composite sound control underlayment utilizing a combination of natural and engineered products to achieve superior IIC (Impact Insulation Class) and STC (Sound Transmission Class) sound reduction ratings. Achieved a 50 IIC, 53 STC, 21 Delta on an 6″ concrete slab with no ceiling assembly.

RCU-500: 1/2" (0.50") Rubber Cork Underlayment

Achieved a 51 IIC, 53 STC, 21 Delta on an 6″ concrete slab with no ceiling assembly.

RCU RL5: 1/5" (0.20") Rubber Cork Underlayment Sheets

PROFLEX® RCU RL5 is a recycled rubber, cork and high-density foam underlayment with excellent sound control properties. RCU RL5 has superior adhesion versus 100% rubber products and is >20% lighter with identical or higher performance. RCU RL5 is a pre-cut 2’ x 3’ sheet that is easy to install and lightweight making it easier to handle on jobsites. RCU RL5 contributes to LEED® project points due to its renewable content. Achieved a 51 IIC, 55 STC on an 8″ concrete slab with no ceiling assembly.
